It’s been a while since I’ve been back on this website.

Life as a busy hockey mom has a way of doing that… time just goes. And now that I’m here again, I’m realizing I’m not totally sure what I want this space to look like moving forward.

What I do know is this—right now, I’m focused on being the best mom I can be for my kids, the best wife I can be for my husband, and the best friend I can be to the people in my world.

And I still love coaching. I really do.

There’s something so powerful about sitting with someone, helping them figure out what they truly want, or what’s getting in their way. Seeing those “ah-ha” moments… that’s the kind of stuff that fills me up, right alongside raising my kids.

I know I’m good at helping people get unstuck.

But I also don’t believe you should have to pay an arm and a leg for that kind of support.

Yes, time is valuable—mine and yours. And I understand the exchange of time for money. But putting a price tag on helping someone move forward in their life… that’s something I’m still figuring out. Because to me, that kind of impact feels priceless.

So for now, I’m just going to keep showing up how I always have—listening, being a friend, praying for those who need it, and trusting that God will guide me toward what’s next.

I’m not shutting this website down. I’m just giving myself space to figure out where it’s going.

I wanted to pop in and let you know I’m still here… doing my thing, soaking in the little moments while I have them.

I hope you are too.

And if it’s meant to be, we’ll find our way into each other’s world soon enough.
